    Thank you for choosing The Hearing Aid & Implant Center at The Ear Center of Greensboro, P.A. for your hearing care needs.  Our Audiology team has researched the hearing aid industry and has chosen, in our opinion, two reliable hearing aid manufacturers for our practice: Phonak™ and Widex™.  While there are many hearing aid companies to chose from, we feel that these two stand out above the rest: (1) in ease of hearing aid fittings, (2) customer service, and (3) the best hearing aid value for the money. 

    At The Hearing Aid & Implant Center at The Ear Center our goal is to fit our patients with the most appropriate hearing instruments.  With over 30 years of combined experience, our audiologists will help you to decide which instrument is best for you based upon your hearing loss and lifestyle.  We offer a 30 day trial period beginning the day of your fitting.  You may wear the aids in your personal environments and may return several times for follow-up programming/adjustments, and additional testing to ensure a successful fit.  You or your audiologist may choose to change hearing aid sizes or technologies during your trial period if you are not satisfied.  Your audiologist will explain to you any difference in cost.  If you wish to return the instruments at the end of the 30 days, a refund check will be mailed to you within two weeks of the return.  There are two fees in addition to the cost of the hearing aid(s) that are non-refundable.  These include:  a $250 fitting/orientation fee and a $10 per ear fee for impressions.  Ear molds for behind the ear hearing aids are $50 each and are non-refundable because they are single use items.    

    Our hearing aids include a standard 2-year repair warranty that covers any office and factory repairs, cleaning, and reprogramming for two years.  We also have a 1-2 year loss and damage warranty option in which your hearing aid(s) may be replaced, if they are lost or damaged beyond repair, once per instrument in the first year with a small deductible fee.  Additional warranties may be purchased if desired.  Please contact our audiologists for current prices for all hearing aids.
